目的了解河北省学校自建集中式供水卫生管理状况及存在的问题,并探索有效的监督管理措施,以预防学校饮水安全事故的发生。方法采取普查的方式调查学校自建集中式供水,管理对策调研采取分层和随机抽查的方式进行。结果河北省自建集中式供水学校6 975所,占全部学校的46.4%;所有水源均采用地下水。供水卫生许可证办证率为28.6%,供水未消毒的报告率为60.2%,取水口、供水和储水设施防护有9.7%不合格,20%的学校取水井口周围环境存在污染源,储水设施全部定期进行清洗和消毒。卫生监督机构、教育主管部门和学校对学校自建集中式供水管理对策大都表示支持。结论河北省学校自建集中式供水卫生状况欠佳。对学校自建集中式供水提出的管理对策,可以作为卫生监督机构和教育主管部门实施监督管理的措施和手段进行推广和应用。
Objective To understand the situation and existing problems of self-built centralized water supply and sanitation management in schools in Hebei Province and to explore effective supervision and management measures to prevent school drinking water safety accidents. Methods The method of census was used to investigate the self-built centralized water supply in schools. The investigation of management strategies was carried out by stratification and random sampling. Results There were 6 975 self-built centralized water supply schools in Hebei Province, accounting for 46.4% of all schools. All the water sources used groundwater. The certification rate of water hygienic license was 28.6%, that of non-water supply was 60.2%, that of water intakes, water supply and water storage facilities was 9.7%, and that of 20% of school water intake wells was pollution sources, and all of water storage facilities Regular cleaning and disinfection. Health supervision agencies, education authorities and schools mostly support centralized self-built water supply management in schools. Conclusions Self-built centralized water supply and sanitation status of schools in Hebei Province is not good. The management countermeasures proposed by the school for self-built centralized water supply can be promoted and applied as measures and means for supervision and administration by health supervision agencies and education authorities.
