以牛大力(Millettia speciosa Champ.)为对象,利用小鼠常压耐缺氧为实验模型,研究牛大力多糖的抗疲劳作用。实验将小鼠随机分为10组,分别为空白对照组、阳性药对照组(人参蜂王浆,7 m L/kg)和8个给药组,每组10只,雌雄各5只。对应的给药组分别为牛大力多糖低分子量段1低、高浓度组[100 mg/(kg·d)、200 mg/(kg·d)];牛大力多糖低分子量段2低、中、高浓度组[50 mg/(kg·d)、100 mg/(kg·d)、200 mg/(kg·d)];牛大力多糖高分子量段1&2低、中、高浓度组[50 mg/(kg·d)、100 mg/(kg·d)、200 mg/(kg·d)]。连续灌胃给药14 d后,考察其对小鼠常压耐缺氧时间的影响。结果表明:与空白对照组比较,各个给药组都能一定程度的延长小鼠常压耐缺氧时间,并且呈现出明显的剂量效应。其中牛大力多糖高分子量段1&2低浓度组的效果最好,高于阳性药对照组的药效。
Taking Millettia speciosa Champ. As an object, the anti-fatigue effect of bovine polysaccharides was studied by using atmospheric hypoxia tolerance test in mice. The mice were randomly divided into 10 groups, blank control group, positive drug control group (ginseng royal jelly, 7 m L / kg) and 8 administration groups, 10 mice in each group. The corresponding administration groups were low and high concentration group (100 mg / (kg · d), 200 mg / (kg · d)], respectively; High concentration group [50 mg / (kg · d), 100 mg / (kg · d), 200 mg / (kg · d)]; bovine polysaccharide high molecular weight 1 & 2 low, (kg · d), 100 mg / (kg · d), 200 mg / (kg · d)]. After continuous intragastric administration for 14 days, the effect on hypoxia time of mice was observed. The results showed that compared with the blank control group, each administration group could prolong the hypoxia-tolerant time of mice to a certain degree and showed obvious dose-effect. Among them, the effect of high concentration polysaccharides of high molecular weight polysaccharides in 1 & 2 group was the best, which was higher than that of the positive drug control group.
