本文研究了水浸对美洲斑潜蝇出叶老熟幼虫及蛹存活率的影响。结果表明,出叶老熟幼虫水浸16h将全部死亡,蛹的不同发育阶段对水的抗逆能力不同。当连续水浸时数长达72h,不同发育阶段蛹的死亡率均达100%。试验结果还表明,每天间断水浸4h,持续4天对蛹的存活率影响不大。若以水浸做为一种压低种群的方法或灭虫措施,则至少需连续水浸3天。
This paper studies the effects of flooding on the survival rate of mature larvae and pupae of leafminers. The results showed that all the larvae died after 16 h of flooding, and their resilience to water at different developmental stages was different. When the number of continuous flooding up to 72h, different stages of development of pupa mortality reached 100%. The test results also show that intermittent water immersion 4h, lasting 4 days on the pupal survival rate little effect. If flooding is to be used as a method of depressing populations or exterminating pests, flooding should be continued for at least 3 days.
