利用农田开顶式气室进行不同O3 浓度处理对白菜影响的试验研究。结果表明 :O3 浓度增加导致白菜黄叶率上升 ,总生物量增长速率下降 ,并可改变光合产物分配模式 ;延长高浓度O3 熏气时间 ,对白菜叶片数、叶面积、产量和外轮叶净光合速率影响较大 ,对心叶和中部叶片净光合速率影响较小 ;对处于不同生长期的白菜进行相同天数高浓度O3 处理 ,经济产量和总生物量的响应 ,前期处理大于后期 ,叶面积则相反 ,对叶片数无影响。
Experimental Study on the Effect of Different O3 Concentration Treatments on Chinese Cabbage by Farmland Open Top Gas Chamber. The results showed that: the increase of O3 concentration led to the increase of cabbage yellow leaf rate and the decrease of total biomass growth rate, and changed the distribution pattern of photosynthate; prolonged the time of high concentration O3 fumigation, the leaf number, leaf area, yield and net photosynthesis The rate of net photosynthetic rate had a little effect on the net photosynthetic rate of the leaves in the middle and the middle leaves.
