目的:分析研究膳食和运动预防管理对改善代谢综合征的应用效果,为代谢综合征患者的康复治疗提供新的思路及理论支持。方法:选择2011年2月至2015年4月本院接收的2000例代谢综合征患者作为研究对象,随机分为联合干预组及单一干预组各1000例,单一干预组仅实施膳食干预,联合干预组在单一干预组干预基础上实施运动干预,比较两组患者疗效及干预前后生活质量评分情况。结果:联合干预组治疗总有效率为90.2%,单一干预组总有效率79.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组患者生活质量各项观察指标评分对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,联合干预组各项指标评分均明显高于单一干预组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合膳食及运动预防管理可有效改善代谢综合征患者临床症状,提高其生活质量及治疗效果,具有一定临床价值。
Objective: To analyze the effect of diet and exercise prevention management on the improvement of metabolic syndrome and to provide new ideas and theoretical support for the rehabilitation of patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods: A total of 2000 patients with metabolic syndrome admitted to our hospital from February 2011 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into a combined intervention group and a single intervention group, each with 1000 cases. Conclusion: Combined diet and exercise prevention management can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with metabolic syndrome, improve their quality of life and treatment, has some clinical value.
