观察“8 4”消毒液对体外结核杆菌杀灭的效果。方法 分别用 5 0 g/ L、2 5 0 mg/ L、10 0 mg/ L 3种浓度的“84”消毒液作用于体外结核杆菌 ,于 5、10、30、6 0 m in后 ,把中和后的含菌液均匀地接种于小川培养基上 ,4周后观察结果 ,同时用同一菌种采用常规法培养作为对照组。结果 5 0 g/ L的“84”消毒液 5 m in即杀死结核杆菌 ;2 5 0 mg/ L的“84”消毒液随作用时间的延长结核菌培养的菌落数明显减少 ,10 0 m g/ L的“84”消毒液对结核杆菌的作用与对照组比较无明显差异。结论 “84”消毒液能迅速杀灭结核杆菌。
To observe the effect of “8 4” disinfectant killing Mycobacterium tuberculosis in vitro.
