四川盆地川西地区自侏罗系蓬莱镇组到三叠系须家河组碎屑岩地层压力系统复杂,流体性质也很难准确预报。为减少同一井段气层钻进的喷漏复杂风险,在川西地区的德阳1井须家河组气层段开展了控压钻井现场应用试验:通过随钻环空压力监测、地面自动节流调整回压及压力补偿等手段,实现了钻进各个工况的井筒环空压力的闭环实时监测与精确控制;应用先进的“微流量控制系统”及时对气层监测和控制溢流,气层中钻进用微流量控制系统发现溢流比录井提前了21min;通过控压钻井系统自动增加井口回压来平衡地层压力,实现了钻进各个工况的井底恒压。该系统的成功应用为复杂地层钻进积累了经验。
The pressure system of the clastic rocks in the Sichuan Basin of the Sichuan Basin from the Jurassic Penglaizhen Formation to the Triassic Xujiahe Formation is complex and the fluid properties are difficult to predict accurately. In order to reduce the complicated risk of gas injection in the same well drilling, a pilot field trial of controlled pressure drilling was carried out in the Xujiahe Formation of Deyang-1 well in western Sichuan: Adjust the back pressure and pressure compensation and other means to achieve a closed-loop real-time monitoring and precise control of wellbore annulus pressure in all operating conditions; the application of advanced “micro-flow control system ” timely monitoring of gas and control overflow, The micro-flow control system was drilled in the gas zone to find that the overflow rate was 21min earlier than that of the well logging. The back pressure was increased automatically by the pressure-controlled drilling system to balance the formation pressure, and the bottom hole constant pressure of each working condition was achieved. The successful application of this system has accumulated experience for complex formation drilling.
