目的比较后房超声乳化术和囊间超声乳化术对角膜内皮细胞的影响。方法采用镜面反射角膜内皮显微镜及超声角膜测厚仪对两组病人进行观察分析。结果囊间组术后内皮细胞密度明显高于后房组，细胞丢失率明显低于后房组，术后早期中央及周边角膜厚度亦明显低于后房组，术后视力较后房组恢复快。结论囊间超声乳化术对角膜内皮细胞的损害明显轻于后房超声乳化术
Objective To compare the effects of phacoemulsification and intracapsular phacoemulsification on corneal endothelial cells.
