Objective To investigate the clinical value of Anker vacuum-assisted minimally invasive polypectomy in breast surgery. Methods A total of 941 patients undergoing breast tumor resection between January 2013 and April 2014 were enrolled in this study. 487 patients (692 lesions) underwent Anesthesia Vacuum Assisted Minimally Invasive Revascularization in the removal of breast cancer (Anke Group); 454 Cases of patients (658 lesions) using conventional surgical removal of breast tumors (control group), the two groups of patients compared the treatment effect. Results The incidence of postoperative complications, operation time and surgical scar length in Anke group were significantly less than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Anke vacuum assisted minimally invasive polypectomy system can significantly reduce the postoperative complications of breast cancer surgery, reduce the operation time, less scar after surgery, it is clinically worthy of promotion of surgical approach.
