报道了散式直管流化床处理含锗氧化锌烟尘的研究结果。控制适宜的加料量和液速 ,可实现稳定流态化浸取。研究了影响锌、锗浸出率的各种因素 ,流态化浸出技术指标和设备产能优于机械浸出槽。
The results of the study on the treatment of germanium-containing zinc oxide fume and dust by a dispersion straight tube fluidized bed are reported. Control of the appropriate amount of feed and liquid speed, to achieve stable fluidized leaching. The factors influencing the leaching rate of zinc and germanium were studied. The technical index of fluidized leaching and the capacity of equipment were superior to those of mechanical leaching tank.
