幼年性筋膜纤维瘤(juvenile aponeurotic fibroma)是一种少见并具有局部侵袭性的瘤样组织增生,因有钙化灶,又称为钙化性纤维瘤。笔者遇到一例,报道如下。 黄某,男,25岁,会计,未婚。自出生后4个月,其母即发现患儿右手食指较对侧稍肿,无明显压痛,无其它不适。后随年龄增长而右手食指肿块缓慢增大。至12岁时,该肿块如黄豆大小,质硬。右手食指不慎碰撞物体时,其肿块即膨大,剧痛,同时患指皮肤颜色变紫。约半小时后,诸症自行消失。于1990年11月8日来院就诊。检查:右手食指中节近端桡
Juvenile aponeurotic fibroma is a rare and locally invasive neoplastic hyperplasia due to calcification, also known as calcific fibroma. The author encountered one case and the report is as follows. Hwang, male, 25 years old, accountant, unmarried. Four months after birth, her mother found that her right index finger was swollen slightly from the contralateral side, with no apparent tenderness or other discomfort. After age, the right index finger mass slowly increases. By the age of 12, the mass was hard and soy-sized. When the right index finger inadvertently collides with an object, the lump is enlarged and severe pain occurs, and the skin color of the affected finger becomes purple.
