我公司的10台苏制克拉斯256B型自卸汽车是1975年购入投产的,技术和动力性能已下降,突出问题是转向沉重,司机劳动强度大。经认真分析和多次检验,认为主要原因在于转向助力器油泵工作不可靠,从而导致转向沉重。我们决定用法制GLM10M3型自卸汽车转向助力器油泵改代。其依据是:本单位的18台GLM10M3型汽车,运行10多年从未出现过上述问题,而且这两种汽车的载重量、最高行驶速度、发动机额定转速、轮胎尺寸、驱动形式都基本相同。另外,GLMI0M3型汽车转向助力器油泵本体还装有溢流阀,这样,发动机怠速运转时供油充足,而在发动机高速运转时供油量又不过大。 改代的方法如下: 1.加工一铝制油泵盖。在盖上钻孔并套丝进出油孔,还要钻好4个连接固定孔,详见图1。
My company’s 10 Su-Klaas 256B dump truck was put into operation in 1975, the technical and dynamic performance has dropped, the obvious problem is the heavy shift, the driver labor-intensive. After careful analysis and multiple tests, that the main reason is that steering booster pump work is not reliable, resulting in heavy steering. We decided to use the legal GLM10M3 dump truck steering booster pump to replace. The basis is: The units of 18 GLM10M3-type vehicles, running more than 10 years never seen the above problems, and the two vehicles carrying weight, maximum speed, engine rated speed, tire size, the form of the drive are basically the same. In addition, GLMI0M3 steering booster pump body is also equipped with a relief valve, so that the engine idling sufficient oil supply, and high engine speed when the oil supply is not too large. The method of replacement is as follows: 1. Machining an aluminum oil pump cover. Drill in the cover and set the wire into and out of oil holes, but also drilled a good four connection holes, see Figure 1.
