活性瓷釉(CRE)涂层是近几年国际上才开始系统研究的一项新型钢筋防腐蚀涂层技术.CRE涂层能够显著提高钢筋的耐腐蚀能力,增加钢筋与混凝土之间黏结强度,提升结构的整体稳定性,从而改善结构的安全性和耐久性;该涂层材料成本低廉,加工工艺简单,利于大范围使用.首先对CRE涂层技术的特点进行了介绍,然后对当前CRE涂层技术的研究进展进行了综述,重点介绍了CRE涂层对钢筋混凝土黏结力学性能和钢筋耐腐蚀性能的影响,最后对该技术应用于我国的前景进行了展望.
