1. The blue background control signal is provided by the TDA8362 (14) pin, which outputs a high level of 5 V when there is a signal and low level of 0.7 V when no signal is present. When there is a signal, the 5 V voltage of TDA8362 (14) pin saturates the transistor VB03 and the collector output low 0 V, so that the diode VB01 turns off without affecting the output of the TDA8362 (18) pin. When there is no signal, the output voltage of pin 14 can not turn on the transistor VB03. Then, the high voltage of the transistor collector turns on the diode VB01 to increase the relative potential of the TDA8362 (18) pin (about 2.3V,
