肾脏具有泌尿功能,从尿中排出大量代谢产物。肾脏还是重要的内分泌器官。研究肾脏合成与释放 TXA_2(Thromboxane A_2,血栓素 A_2)和 PGI_2(Prostacyclin,前列环素)及在病理状态下的变化,在临床医学中具有重要意义。这方面的文献报告不多,国内尚无报道。我们在对血浆及组织样品放免测定基础上,参考有关文献研制建成尿中 TXB_2(TXA_2代谢稳定产物)和6-酮-前列腺素 F_(1α)(PGI_2代谢稳定产物,6-Keto-PGF_(1α))的放免测定方法,现报告如下。
The kidneys have urinary functions that excrete large amounts of metabolites from the urine. The kidneys are also important endocrine organs. To study the synthesis and release of TXA_2 (Thromboxane A 2, thromboxane A 2) and PGI 2 (Prostacyclin, prostacyclin) in kidney and their changes under pathological conditions are of great significance in clinical medicine. There are not many reports in this area and no reports in China. On the basis of radioimmunoassay for plasma and tissue samples, we developed the urinary TXB_2 metabolites and 6-keto-prostaglandin F 1alpha (PGI 2 metabolites and 6-Keto-PGF_ (1α )) RIA method, are as follows.
