目的:对万寿菊茎叶的化学成分进行研究。方法:万寿菊茎叶经乙醇超声提取,先经D101大孔吸附树脂纯化,后经反复硅胶柱色谱分离和反复重结晶等手段得到单体化合物。根据化合物的理化性质分析、波谱解析、对照品比较及与文献对照等方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从万寿菊茎叶中分离得到6个单体化合物,鉴定其结构分别为4′-甲氧基-泽兰素-3-O-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)、山奈苷(Ⅱ)、芦丁(Ⅲ)、β-谷甾醇(Ⅳ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅴ)和没食子酸(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到;化合物Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ为首次从该植物的茎叶部分分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of stems and leaves of marigold. Methods: The stems and leaves of marigold were ultrasonically extracted by ethanol and purified by D101 macroporous adsorption resin. After repeated silica gel column chromatography and repeated recrystallization, monomeric compounds were obtained. According to the physical and chemical properties of compounds, spectral analysis, comparison of reference substance and literature comparison and other methods to identify the structure of compounds. Results: Six monomer compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of marigold. The structures of the compounds were identified as 4’-methoxy-zearalan-3-O-glucoside (Ⅰ) (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (Ⅳ), daucosterol (Ⅴ) and gallic acid (Ⅵ). Conclusion: Compounds Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ were isolated from this plant for the first time. Compounds Ⅳ, Ⅴ and Ⅵ were isolated from stem and leaf of this plant for the first time.
