近年来,随着经济的不断发展,城市化进程的不断加快,推动了建筑行业的发展,工业与民用建筑作为建筑业的两大主体建筑,它的发展更是呈现迅猛的趋势。在建筑工程结构设计中,屋面漏水一直以来都是困扰施工人员的技术难题,因为它不仅会妨碍建筑的正常使用,而且长期的持续漏水会对建筑物整体造成侵蚀,从而影响建筑的质量,大大缩短建筑的使用年限,因此,在建筑结构施工过程中,要注重加强屋面防水设计,特别是工业与民用建筑的结构设计,对安全系数与结构性能要求都很高。基于此,本文首先提出工业与民用建筑结构中屋面防水的重要性,重视屋面防水;接着通过分析屋面发生渗漏的原因,探索实行屋面防水的具体措施与方法,以提高工业与民用建筑结构中的屋面防水技术。
In recent years, with the constant development of economy and the accelerating process of urbanization, the development of the construction industry has been promoted. Based on this, this paper first put forward the importance of roofing waterproofing in industrial and civil structures, emphasizing roofing waterproofing. Then, by analyzing the causes of roof leakage, we explore the concrete measures and methods of roofing waterproofing to improve the structure of industrial and civil buildings Roofing waterproofing technology.
