Business negotiations can not be missing lawyers, proper and clever negotiation, can create the best results for the enterprise. Negotiation skills highlight the necessary value for lawyers. The nature of business negotiations should be clear, and the optional rules should be identified in terms of the nature of the negotiations. Among the business negotiations, the lawyer’s unique position should be emphasized in order to demonstrate its own role.
