我厂生产的BJ130型汽车后桥半轴套管如图1所示。该件重8kg,材料为45钢,要求淬火硬度≥HRC50,调质硬度HRC25~32。原用820℃加热保温一小时的淬火工艺,由于该件单面壁厚最大不过30mm,按常规方法(1min/mm)计算保温时间至多是30min,,故原工艺中的保温一小时似有不妥。为了节约电能,缩短工艺周期,我们对原工艺中的保温时间进行了对比试验,试验结果表明,820℃加热保温20min淬火即可达到技术要求。
I plant the BJ130 axle rear axle axle casing shown in Figure 1. The weight of 8kg, the material is 45 steel, quenching hardness required ≥ HRC50, quenching hardness HRC25 ~ 32. The original one-hour heat insulation with 820 ℃ quenching process, due to the largest single-sided wall thickness, but 30mm, according to the conventional method (1min / mm) calculated holding time is up to 30min, so the original one hour insulation process seems inappropriate . In order to save energy and shorten the process cycle, we conducted a comparative test of the holding time in the original process, the test results show that 820 ℃ heating and holding 20min quenching can meet the technical requirements.
