目的研究并探讨柔性管理在护士长管理中应用的效果以及可行性,并分析其应用价值。方法选取综合内科护理人员46例作为研究对象,随机分为试验组以及对照组,各23例。对照组给予常规管理方式,试验组予柔性管理。比较2组研究对象的护理质量和护理满意度。结果试验组护理质量(97.64±1.13)分及护理满意度(96.00%)显著高于对照组(86.64±1.23)分和(80.00%),2组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对综合内科护理人员实施柔性管理可以提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广。
Objective To study and discuss the effect and feasibility of flexible management applied in the management of nurses and to analyze its application value. Methods 46 cases of comprehensive medical staff were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 23 cases in each group. Control group given conventional management, test group to flexible management. The quality of care and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The nursing quality (97.64 ± 1.13) and nursing satisfaction (96.00%) in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (86.64 ± 1.23) and (80.00%), respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of flexible management of comprehensive medical nurses can improve patient satisfaction with nursing and is worth popularizing clinically.
