(兴国红鲤♀×草鱼♂)子一代♀与草鱼♂回交,第一次获得回交鱼苗。回交鱼胚胎发育的程序和特点倾向于鲤鱼,但有几个显著不同的特点。①受精卵的粘性大大减弱,脱粘时间显著缩短;②回交鱼的肌节数为四十至四十二对,介于双亲之间;③胚胎发育的时间(从受精到脱膜)。在大约相同的水温下,比鲤鱼延长百分之九十五,比草鱼延长百分之一百六十五;④回交鱼的早期胚胎对环境条件的反应比双亲更为敏感。实验最后分析了利用回交手段培育草鱼抗病品种的可能性。

Backfloor fish embryos develop programs and features that tend to carp but have several distinctly different characteristics. (1) the zygosity of the fertilized eggs is greatly weakened and the time for debonding is significantly shortened; (2) the number of myotomes of the backfished fish is between 40 and 42 pairs, between the parents; and (3) the time of embryo development (from fertilization to delamination). At about the same water temperature, a 95% increase over carp and a 165% increase over grass carp. ④ The early embryos of the backfowl reacted more to environmental conditions than their parents. The experiment finally analyzed the possibility of using backcross to cultivate the resistant varieties of grass carp.
