目的探讨上海政府公务员血尿酸水平与肥胖、血压、血脂、血糖等代谢综合征各组分的关系。方法选取2007年至2009年在我院进行健康体检的上海政府公务员共3563例,测定和统计分析腰围、收缩压、舒张压、血尿酸、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C等指标。结果男性和女性公务员组的高尿酸血症患病率分别为26.7%和14.8%(P<0.001);男性公务员组的腰围、收缩压、舒张压、TC、TG、LDL-C、GLU和HOMA-IR均随血尿酸水平的升高而显著升高(P<0.05),HDL-C则显著降低(P=0.034);女性公务员组的腰围、收缩压、舒张压、TG、LDL-C、GLU和HOMA-IR均随血尿酸水平的升高而升高(P<0.05),而TC、HDL-C差异无统计学意义(P值分别为0.218和0.146)。结论血尿酸水平与肥胖、血脂异常、血压、血糖及胰岛素抵抗等MS组分之间关系密切,控制血尿酸水平是代谢综合征治疗中的重要环节之一。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid level and various components of metabolic syndrome such as obesity, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose and so on in Shanghai government civil servants. Methods A total of 3563 Shanghai civil servants who carried out physical examination in our hospital from 2007 to 2009 were selected for measurement and statistical analysis of waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum uric acid, fasting blood glucose, fasting insulin, TC, TG, LDL- HDL-C and other indicators. Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia in male and female civil servants were 26.7% and 14.8%, respectively (P <0.001). The waist circumference, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, TC, TG, LDL-C, GLU and HOMA (P <0.05), and HDL-C significantly decreased (P = 0.034). The waist circumference, systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, TG, LDL-C, Both GLU and HOMA-IR increased with elevated uric acid levels (P <0.05), while TC and HDL-C showed no significant difference (P values were 0.218 and 0.146, respectively). Conclusion Serum uric acid levels are closely related to MS components such as obesity, dyslipidemia, blood pressure, blood glucose and insulin resistance. Control of serum uric acid level is one of the important links in the treatment of metabolic syndrome.
