在医院中对人事档案的管理十分重要,这不但关系着医院的正常运营,而且反映了医院医护人员的专业能力、思想品德等方面的真实情况。对档案进行良好的管理,关系着医院的发展,应该予以重视。在这样的背景下,对人事档案的管理现状进行调查,然后分析其目前存在的问题,并针对这些问题对基于人力资源开发的医院人事档案的管理进行创新。
The management of personnel files in the hospital is very important, which not only relates to the normal operation of the hospital, but also reflects the hospital doctors and nurses professional ability, ideological and moral aspects of the real situation. Good management of the archives and the development of the hospital should be taken seriously. Under this background, the current situation of personnel files management is investigated, then the existing problems are analyzed, and the management of hospital personnel files based on human resource development is innovated based on these issues.
