甲胎蛋白(下称AFP)是肝细胞癌变时的一种标志物。它不仅可用于肝癌的早期诊断,而且可探讨肝癌的发生发展规律,有助于揭示肝细胞的癌变原理。长期来AFP一直是许多学者研究的课题。本文对我国自行培育的615小鼠AFP进行了研究。用免疫化学的方法证明615小鼠的胚浸液、羊水、孕血以及肝癌小鼠血中有AFP存在。羊水在醋纤脱和园盘电泳中主要有三种蛋白成份,AFP约占蛋白总量的1/4,相对于白蛋白的迁移率为0.784,其电泳位置在a_z
Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) is a marker of hepatocellular carcinogenesis. It can not only be used for the early diagnosis of liver cancer, but also explore the occurrence and development of liver cancer, help to reveal the principle of hepatocellular carcinoma. AFP has long been the subject of many scholars’ research. In this paper, our own 615 AFP mice were studied. The immunochemical method was used to confirm the presence of AFP in the embryos of 615 mice, amniotic fluid, blood of pregnant women and mice with liver cancer.
