本文使用DFSS方法,对新型轻量化耗散型隔音垫进行开发。首先识别耗散型隔音垫轻量化的机会,然后定义了NVH性能要求。在开发了耗散型隔音垫材料和工艺的概念之后,对材料和工艺进行优化,最终验证通过。DFSS质量工具的应用使开发过程更加稳健。
This article uses the DFSS method to develop a new lightweight, dissipative soundproofing mat. First identify the opportunity to reduce the weight of dissipative noise barriers and then define NVH performance requirements. After developing the concept of dissipative soundproofing mat materials and processes, materials and processes are optimized for final verification. The DFSS quality tools are used to make the development process more robust.
