苏棉１７号（原名宁杂３０７）是江苏省第一个通过审定的杂种棉新组合。１９９６－１９９７ 年江苏省杂种棉区试和１９９８－１９９９年江苏省棉花生产试验结果表明，该组合结铃性强，丰产性好，高抗枯萎病，纤维品质符合纺工要求，于２０００年４月通过江苏省农作物品种审定委员会审定定名。
Su cotton 17 (formerly Ning miscellaneous 307) is the first in Jiangsu Province approved the new hybrid cotton.
