采用含有16%石粉的机制砂为原料制备干粉砂浆。研究羟丙基纤维素、消泡剂、减水剂及粉煤灰对M5.0~M30干粉砂浆性能的影响。结果表明:纤维素掺入砂浆,大大改善了砂浆保水性能但使强度有所降低;在干粉砂浆中加入0.1%的纤维素,同时加入消泡剂和减水剂,可以提高强度;粉煤灰的加入可以改善胶砂比较小的干粉砂浆的泌水现象。
Dry mortar containing 16% stone powder as raw material was prepared. The effects of hydroxypropyl cellulose, defoamer, water reducing agent and fly ash on the properties of M5.0 ~ M30 dry mortar were studied. The results showed that the incorporation of cellulose into mortar greatly improved the water-holding capacity of mortar, but decreased the strength. Addition of 0.1% cellulose to the dry mortar while adding defoamer and water reducer increased the strength of fly ash The addition of rubber mortar can improve the dry mortar is relatively small bleeding phenomenon.
