喇4-斜1521井断层边部大斜度定射角射孔技术应用

17~#断层位于喇嘛甸油田背斜构造西北部,受到断层封闭遮挡作用影响,断层边部井网密度相对较低且注采关系不完善,剩余油相对富集。在17~#断层边部开展大斜度井试验,对断层发育较多的喇嘛甸油田挖潜断层边部剩余油具有重要意义。因此,如何保证大斜度井射孔质量,是高效开发的关键。为克服井眼斜度大、井底压力大、油层渗透率低等因素影响,开展断层边部大斜度井定向射孔完井工艺试验,实现了大斜度井平行储层射孔,射孔下泵作业一次完成,不但提高了采出效果,而且缩短了投产时间,为喇嘛甸油田成功利用大斜度井挖潜断层边部剩余油奠定了基础。 Faults 17 ~ # are located in the northwestern anticline of the Lamadian Oilfield and are affected by fault sealing and blocking. In order to overcome the influence of large borehole inclination, large bottom hole pressure and low permeability of oil layer, the pilot experiment of directional perforation and completion of high-deviated wells in the edge of the fault was carried out to realize the perforation and parallel shooting Holes pumping operation completed at once, not only improved the mining effect, but also shorten the production time, for the lamadian oilfield successful use of high-inclination wells to tap the potential of the residual edge of the fault laid the foundation.
