中国水力发电学会第三次代表大会于1990年10月23日至27日在湖北武昌华中电管局召开。出席会议的有李鹗鼎、张铁铮、潘家铮等上届理事会理事、本次会议代表和特邀代表共156人。会议肯定了五年来学会工作的成就,修订并通过了学会章程,选举了第三届理事会。我省电力局副局长贺恭、昆明水电勘测设计院院长董槐三、水电十四局总工 The Third Congress of the Chinese Society of Hydroelectric Power was held on October 23 to October 27, 1990 at the Huazhong Electric Power Administration in Wuchang, Hubei Province.
