同行评估以“学校本位”、“多元评估”、“发展导向”为基本理念,是欧盟职业教育质量评估的一种有效方式。评估活动由职业教育机构的自我评估与评估团队的同行评估构成。欧盟职业教育质量同行评估具有四大特点:评估主体的互动性、评估方式的互补性、评估过程的反思性、评估活动的循环性。欧盟职业教育质量同行评估对我国职业教育质量评估具有借鉴价值。
Peer assessment takes “school-based ”, “multiple evaluation ” and “development orientation ” as its basic idea. It is an effective way to evaluate the quality of vocational education in EU. Assessment activities consist of peer education from self-assessment and evaluation teams of vocational education institutions. The evaluation of peer education quality in the EU has four major characteristics: the interaction of evaluation subjects, the complementarity of assessment methods, the reflectiveness of evaluation process and the assessment of the cyclicality of activities. The Quality Assessment of Vocational Education in European Union Has Reference Value to the Quality Evaluation of Vocational Education in Our Country.
