分子内单电子转移成环反应是有效地合成环化物的方法。以L-脯氨酸为起始原料合成了两个光反应底物N-(末端三甲基硅脯氨酸肽链)邻苯二甲酰亚胺,在其分子结构中,邻苯二甲酰亚胺基团为受电子体部分,末端三甲基硅脯氨酸肽链为给电子体部分,构成了分子内给受电子体系。N-(末端三甲基硅脯氨酸肽链)邻苯二甲酰亚胺在甲醇溶剂中进行了光反应,得到氮杂环脯氨酸肽。此反应产率较好,区域选择性高,所有新化合物结构均经NMR和FAB-MS验证。
Intramolecular single electron transfer into the ring reaction is a method for the efficient synthesis of cyclized compounds. The reaction yield is good, the region selectivity is high, and all new compound structures are verified by NMR and FAB-MS.
