通过对装甲装备维修保障能力评估中不确定性问题的分析研究,提出了一种基于正态云模型和有偏好熵权相结合的评估方法。在描述云理论评估的基础上,求出各指标的云模型表征,实现了定性指标与定量指标的相互转换,并在应用加权偏离度衡量系统与理想状态的偏离量时,有效结合了有偏好熵权理论方法,综合考虑了主客观因素。示例结果表明:该方法简单易行、实用性强,为装甲装备维修保障能力评估提供了有效方法。
Through analyzing and analyzing the uncertainty in the evaluation of the maintenance and support capability of armored equipment, a new evaluation method based on normal cloud model and preference entropy is proposed. On the basis of describing cloud theory evaluation, the cloud model representation of each index is obtained, and the mutual conversion of qualitative index and quantitative index is achieved. When the deviation of system is compared with the ideal one, Entropy theory method, considering the subjective and objective factors. The example results show that the method is simple and practical, and provides an effective method for the assessment of the maintenance and support capability of armored equipment.
