运用传统的铸造工艺设计方法对刮板输送机右轨座的铸造工艺进行了初步设计,利用V-Cast模拟软件,对右轨座初始工艺的凝固过程进行了数值模拟,分析了初始工艺产生缺陷的部位和原因。在此基础上,通过将原圆柱形暗冒口更改为明顶发热冒口,优化了铸造工艺,对优化工艺再次进行了模拟。模拟结果显示,优化工艺实现了右轨座的顺序凝固,消除了缩孔、缩松等缺陷。
The casting process of the right rail seat of scraper conveyor was preliminarily designed by using the traditional casting process design method. The initial solidification process of the right rail seat was simulated by V-Cast simulation software, and the defects of the initial process were analyzed Parts and causes. Based on this, the casting process was optimized by changing the original cylindrical dark riser to the top heating riser, and the optimization process was simulated again. The simulation results show that the optimized process realizes the sequential solidification of the right rail seat and eliminates the defects of shrinkage cavity and shrinkage.
