发展学生核心素养已经成为当今教育界的一个重要的研究课题,也成为广大教师的工作使命和教育目标。如何发展学生在基础文化、社会参与和责任担当等方面的核心素养,我们认为教师综合素养的提高是关键,而阅读是提高教师综合素养的一个最主要的专业发展路径。我们硕放实验小学通过“读书漂流”和“初见越读读书会”两种形式组织全体教师读书,目前已形成了教师读书的浓浓氛围。
The development of students’ core literacy has become an important research topic in today’s educational circles and has also become the mission and goal of education for the majority of teachers. How to develop the core literacy of students in terms of basic culture, social participation and responsibility, we think the improvement of teachers ’overall literacy is the key, and reading is one of the most important professional development ways to improve teachers’ comprehensive literacy. Our Shuofang Experimental Primary School has organized all the teachers to study in two forms, namely “Reading Rafting” and “Reading More and More Reading”, which has formed a thick atmosphere for teachers to study at present.
