信息技术的迅猛发展,给人类的各项管理工作带来了巨大的改变。信息化是事业单位人事管理的重要方向。本文在阐述事业单位人事管理信息化建设与管理现状的基础上,分析其存在的问题,结合当前事业单位改革背景,探讨加强事业单位人事信息化建设的对策。
The rapid development of information technology has brought tremendous changes to all kinds of human management. Informationization is an important direction of personnel management in public institutions. On the basis of elaborating the current situation of personnel management information construction and management in public institutions, this article analyzes the existing problems and discusses the countermeasures to strengthen personnel information construction in public institutions in light of the reform background of current public institutions.
