故宫金碧辉煌的殿阁,天坛祈年殿深邃高远的穹顶,北海流光溢彩的九龙壁,都离不开琉璃,而京西古村琉璃渠正是琉璃品的出产地。当我们留恋于北京金碧辉煌的建筑时,我们却忽略了这些建筑原材料的来源,现在这块神秘的的面纱即将为我们揭开。琉璃渠村位于永定河的出山口,西、南、北靠着九龙山,东临永定河,处于山区与平原的结合部。琉璃渠村的村名有两个来源,自古至今文字书写和和语言称呼均为两个村名,即:客称琉璃局,主称琉璃渠(“客”指该村以外的人,“主”指本村居民)。2007年6月,国家文物局、建设部授予琉璃渠村“中国历史文化名村”称号。

When we nostalgia for the magnificent buildings in Beijing, we have neglected the origin of these building materials. Now, this mysterious veil is about to open for us. Liuliqu village is located in the Yongding River exit, West, South and North rely on Jiulongshan, Yongding River in the east, in the mountains and the combination of the plain. There are two sources for the village name of Liquandu Village. Since ancient times, both writing and language writing have been referred to as two village names, namely: Liulichang, the main name for the glazed culvert, refers to people outside the village, “Lord ” refers to the village residents). In June 2007, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage and the Ministry of Construction awarded the title of “Liqu Drainage Village” and “Famous Historical and Cultural Village of China”.
