人们通常认为,男性比女性健壮。但随着医学的不断发展,越来越多的资料表明,男性不但不比女性健壮,而且患病的机会多于女性,寿命普遍短于女性。这就决定了男性养生不仅有其必要性,更有其现实性。而中年男性在事业上独当一面,家庭中又是上有老下有小,所承受的压力不言而喻,多数朋友选择的是牺牲自己的时间、精力和健康。所以不少中年男性朋友身体或多或少都存在一些问题,更有甚者,小问题酿成大患,美好的四十却成了昙花一现。因此,为了自己和家庭的幸福,男性到了中年一定要特别重视养生问题。
People generally think that men are stronger than women. This determines that men’s health is not only necessary but also more realistic. So many middle-aged male friends more or less the body there are some problems, what is more, a small problem lead to major trouble, a beautiful forty has become a flash in the pan. Therefore, to their own happiness and family, men must pay special attention to middle-aged health problems.
