7月8日,“两高”联合发布《关于办理受贿刑事案件适用法律若干问题的意见》,明确了10种新类型受贿刑事案件的司法解释。随后的7月16～22日,由中央纪委、中央组织部、中央党校联合举办的省部级领导干部纪检监察专题研讨班在中央党校举行。中央纪委副书记何勇在结业式上强调,要抓紧建立健全教育、制度、监督并重的惩治和预防腐败体系,以反腐倡廉建设的实际成效迎接党的十七大胜利召开。
On July 8, “Two Highs” jointly issued the Opinions on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in Handling Criminal Cases of Bribery, clarifying the judicial interpretation of 10 new types of bribery criminal cases. He Yong, deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, stressed at the graduation ceremony that we must pay close attention to establishing and perfecting the system of punishing and preventing corruption that places equal emphasis on education, system and supervision so as to welcome the successful accomplishment of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in the light of the actual results of the anti-corruption campaign.
