在谈到课堂教学评价时,每位教师都会毫不犹豫地肯定它的重要性。的确,课堂评价语言是课堂教学顺利进行的催化剂、润滑油;是师生平等对话、心灵交融的桥梁、纽带。恰当地运用教学中的课堂评价是一种能力,也是一门艺术。当然,恰当的课堂评价语言,令习惯传统教学模式的老教师们遇到了难题,作为新教师的我,更是一个巨大的挑战。随着新课程改革的不断深入,作为一名一线的教育工作者,我越来越深刻地体会到客观公正的评价对一名学生的重要性。评价方式不仅要对学生进行终结性评价,更要注重对学生的形成性评价,发现和发展学生多方面的潜能,了解学生发展中的需要,帮助学生树立自信,激发学生的学习兴趣,促进学生在原有水平上的发展。基于以上需要,我在教学实践中做了一些探索与实践:用加星升级来进行形成性评价。

Based on the above needs, I did some exploration and practice in teaching practice: using the asterisk upgrade for formative evaluation.
