为了降低40T支架搬运车在实际使用过程中由于油温所导致的故障率,根据40T支架搬运车实际使用工况,在充分认识了油温对闭式液压系统的影响后,通过对闭式系统的发热量、散热量和动态热平衡的理论计算以及深入分析,确定了系统的持续工作压差和补油量是影响闭式系统油温的两大因素,并结合实际测量数据加以验证。通过调整影响闭式系统油温的因素,可以提高闭式液压系统的可靠性、稳定性,是一种控制闭式液压系统内部油温的有效途径。
