今年年初,国务院指出,文化创意和设计服务具有高知识性、高增值性和低消耗、低污染等特征。依靠创新,推进文化创意和设计服务等新型、高端服务业发展,促进与相关产业深度融合,是调整经济结构的重要内容,有利于改善产品和服务品质、满足群众多样化需求,也可以催生新业态、带动就业、推动产业转型升级。2014“中国包装之星”创意设计大奖赛就是为了推动包装创意设计产业快速发展的一个专业性活动,由广大海内外创意设计及制作企业、重点包装印刷企业、创意设计中心和工作室、产品包装设计师,大专院校师生共同参与、共同提高的交流平台。以提升我国包装创意设计水平,提倡创意、创新、创造理念,催生包装印刷企业的核心竞争力,培养大批包装创意产业的中国品牌企业和著名的创意设计师,为广大食品、饮料、糖烟酒、乳品、医药、化妆品、电子、家用电器等行业中高端产品包装用户服务。
