目的:建立鞘蕊苏胶囊中异佛斯可林的含量测定方法。方法:用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD),Alltima C_(18)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(43:57),流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1);蒸发光散射检测器参数:漂移管温度40℃,气压3.5 bar。结果:异佛斯可林在0.32~6.40μg(r=0.999 9)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.04%(RSD=1.1%)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、可靠、准确、重现性好,可作为鞘蕊苏胶囊的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of isofakolin in Sheerrusu capsule. Method: High performance liquid chromatography-evaporative light scattering detection (HPLC-ELSD), Alltima C_(18) column, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (43:57), the flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1) Evaporative light scattering detector parameters: Drift tube temperature 40 °C, barometric pressure 3.5 bar. Results: There was a good linear relationship between 0.32 and 6.40 μg (r=0.999 9) and the average recovery was 98.04% (RSD=1.1%). Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive, reliable, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used as a quality control method for the capsule.
