以SVS、AM和MMT为原料,采用水溶液聚合法制备了MMT/SVS-AM吸水复合材料。分别研究了MBAA用量、APS用量、反应温度、AM和MMT用量对所得复合材料吸水性能的影响,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观测了复合材料的表面形态.结果表明:复合材料具有疏松、不规则的表面形态,当反应温度为60℃、MBAA/SVS为0.025∶1、MMT/SVS为0.65∶1、AM/SVS为0.70∶1、APS/SVS为0.035∶1时,复合材料对去离子水、0.9%NaCl溶液的吸收倍率最高,分别为865g.g-1和146g.g-1。
Using SVS, AM and MMT as raw materials, MMT / SVS-AM water-absorbing composite materials were prepared by aqueous solution polymerization. The effects of the amount of MBAA, the amount of APS, the reaction temperature, the amount of AM and MMT on the water absorption properties of the composites were investigated respectively. The surface morphology of the composites was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that the composites were loose and irregular The morphology of the composites was characterized by means of UV-Vis absorption spectra, surface-morphologies of deionized water, deionized water, and deionized water at a reaction temperature of 60 ℃, MBAA / SVS of 0.025:1, MMT / SVS of 0.65:1, AM / SVS of 0.70:1 and APS / SVS of 0.035:1. The highest absorption rates of 0.9% NaCl solution were 865g.g-1 and 146g.g-1, respectively.
