目的:研究法莫替丁口溶片在家兔体内的药代动力学过程和生物利用度。方法:家兔单剂量服用法莫替丁口溶片和法莫替丁普通市售片后,用高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度。结果:法莫替丁口溶片和普通市售片的AUC分别为(2 687.63±461.65)和(1 477.65±484.28)(ng*h)/ml,C max为(658.18±84.97) 和(202.80±57.29) ng/ml,Tmax为(1.29±0.23)和(2.85 ±0.54)h。结论:口溶片与普通片AUC的差异有统计学意义(P<0.0 1),相对生物利用度为181.88%。“,”Objective:To study the pharmacokinetics and bioavai lability of rapid dissolving tablet of famotidine in mouth and famotidine market tablet in rabbits.Methods:Rapid dissolving tablets in mouth and m arket tablets of famotidine were single-dose orally given to rabbits.The blood levels of famotidine was determined by HPLC method.Results:The AUC ,Cmax and Tmax of rapid dissolving tablets in mouth of famotidine we re (2 687.63±461.65)(ng*h)/ml,(658.18±84.97)ng/ml and (1.29±0.23)h,and t he AUC,Cmax and Tmax of market tablet of famotidine were (1 4 77.65±484.28)(ng*h)/ml,(202.80±57.29) ng/ml and (2.85±0.54)h. Conclusion:There is significant difference (P<0.01) between the AUC of two products,and the bioavailability of rapid dissolving tablet of famot idine in mouth is 181.88%.
