本文概括了当前国际上工程地质学所存在的一些重大问题。以缪勒教授为代表的一些学者纷纷强调要加强工程协作关系来发展工程地质学。七十年代以来,国际上还盛行着以工程地质、土力学基础工程和岩体力学三位一体化的“岩土工程”。在我国,工程地质正面临着一个向深度和广度变革和发展的时期,国际上存在的这些问题和学术发展观点正可以作为我们的借鉴。本刊下期还将发表有关改革勘察技术体制的文章,供各有关方面的研究。我们希望就此展开一些讨论,共同促进我国工程地质学的发展,使其在四个现代化的建设中发挥出更多的作用。
This article summarizes some of the major problems in current engineering geology in the world. Some scholars represented by Professor Maule have emphasized the need to strengthen the engineering collaboration to develop engineering geology. Since the seventies, the international community is also prevalent with engineering geology, soil mechanics and rock mechanics three basic integrated “geotechnical engineering.” In our country, engineering geology is facing a period of change and development to depth and breadth. These international problems and academic development perspectives can serve as our reference. This issue will publish the next article on the reform of technical system of investigation for all relevant aspects of the study. We hope to start some discussions in this regard so as to jointly promote the development of engineering geology in our country and make it play more roles in the four modernizations.
