以癸二胺、间苯二甲酸、11-氨基十一酸为单体,采用熔融缩聚一步法合成了透明间苯二甲酰癸二胺-氨基十一酸共聚酰胺(PA10I/11)。拉伸性能和冲击性能测试结果表明,11-氨基十一酸的加入,有效改善了PA10I/11的冲击韧性,其中当11-氨基十一酸用量为13%时,PA10I/11的缺口冲击强度比纯PA10I提高了44.68%。动态力学性能分析(DMA)及差示扫描量热测试(DSC)的结果表明,随着11-氨基十一酸用量的增加,PA10I/11中柔顺链的相对含量随之提升,进而使聚合物的玻璃化转变温度不断下降。
A new one-step synthesis of trans-isophthalamide-aminoundecanoic acid copolyamide (PA10I / 11) was synthesized by melt polycondensation using decanediamine, isophthalic acid and 11-aminoundecanoic acid as monomers. Tensile properties and impact properties of the test results show that, 11-aminoundecanoic acid added to effectively improve the impact toughness of PA10I / 11, wherein when the amount of 11-aminoundecanoic acid is 13%, PA10I / 11 notched impact strength 44.68% more than pure PA10I. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) showed that with the increase of the amount of 11-aminoundecanoic acid, the relative content of the soft chains in PA10I / 11 increased, The glass transition temperature is declining.
