本文借助Hansen(1999)的“门槛面板回归模型”考察影响政府R&D资助从而对企业技术创新产生差异的影响因素。首先,检验政府R&D资助企业技术创新的有效性,结果表明政府R&D资助效果显著。在此基础上,利用门槛回归模型检验了影响政府R&D资助效果的企业规模等因素的门槛特征以及引发积极效果的门槛水平,结果表明政府R&D资助强度、企业规模、企业技术水平和产权类型均与政府R&D资助的效果呈现出“倒U型”关系,而企业绩效对政府R&D资助的效果呈现递增趋势。因此,政府在制定资助政策和选择资助对象时,应充分考虑到企业发展的不平衡性,并根据由此带来的资助效果差异采取不同的措施。
In this paper, Hansen (1999) “threshold panel regression model ” to examine the impact of government R & D funding and thus the impact of enterprise technology innovation differences. First, to test the effectiveness of technological innovation in government R & D-funded enterprises, the results show that government R & D funding effect is significant. On the basis of this, the author uses the threshold regression model to test the threshold characteristics of the enterprise scale and other factors that affect the government’s R & D funding effect and the threshold level that triggers the positive effect. The results show that the government R & D funding intensity, firm size, enterprise technology level and property type are both The effect of government R & D funding shows “inverted U” relationship, while the effect of corporate performance on government R & D funding shows an increasing trend. Therefore, the government should give full consideration to the unbalanced development of enterprises when formulating the subsidy policy and selecting the recipients of subsidies, and take different measures according to the differences in the subsidy effects.
