矿渣尾矿尘泥(粉煤灰)免烧免蒸建筑承重砖(简称双免砖),于1991年12月25日在辽宁省鞍山市通过技术投产鉴定。矿渣为鞍钢炼铁排放的废渣,尾矿尘泥是40年代建厂以来排放的多种工业废渣混合物,其主要成份有粉煤灰60%、铁尾矿粉30%、瓦斯灰10%。矿渣开发应用50%左右,而尾矿尘泥一直没有开发应用,储存量约上亿吨。鞍钢附属企业炼铁建筑安装工程公司矿渣砖厂,十年来采用蒸养方式生产矿渣砖,以矿渣为主、配掺石灰、石膏,蒸气养护16—24小时。生产的矿渣砖,容重3.3kg/块,外观质量合格率80%,20%有裂纹,抗冻性差,成本高,只能用于基础工程或低层墙体施工。为克服现存问题,该公司与锦州惠达粉煤灰免烧砖技术应用站合作,运用“第二代粉煤灰免烧免蒸砖”的工艺技术,在原生产
The slag tailings dust (fly ash) burn-free and steam-free construction load-bearing bricks (referred to as double-free bricks) were passed on December 25, 1991 in Anshan City, Liaoning Province. The slag is the waste residue discharged from iron and steel production in Anshan Iron and Steel. Tailings dust sludge is a mixture of various industrial waste residues discharged since the establishment of the factory in the 1940s. Its main components are fly ash 60%, iron tailings powder 30%, and gas ash 10%. About 50% of the slag is developed and applied, and tailings dust has not been developed and applied. The storage capacity is about 100 million tons. An iron and steel construction and installation engineering company affiliated to Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation, a slag brick factory, has used steam curing for the past ten years to produce slag bricks, mainly slag, with lime and gypsum, and steam for 16-24 hours. The slag brick produced has a bulk density of 3.3kg per block, an appearance quality qualification rate of 80%, cracks at 20%, poor frost resistance, and high cost, and can only be used for foundation works or low-rise wall construction. In order to overcome the existing problems, the company cooperated with Jinzhou Huida fly ash unburned brick technology application station and used the “second generation fly ash burn-free and steam-free brick” technology in the original production.
