本文采用半固体一步单层琼脂法及单克隆抗体免疫荧光技术检测了３５例慢性活动性乙型肝炎（ＣＡＨＢ）患者经胎肝细胞悬液（ＦＬＣＳ）治疗后外周血ＴＬ－ＣＦＵ、ｍｌＬ－２Ｒ及Ｔ细胞亚群的变化。结果示治疗前ＣＡＨＢ患者ＴＬ－ＣＦＵ、ｍｌＬ－２Ｒ、Ｔ４均较正常人明显降低，Ｐ值均小于０．０１。经ＦＬＣＳ治疗后，以上三项指标均较治疗前有明显升高，与对照组比较也明显提高。提示ＦＬＣＳ对其细胞免疫有一定的促进作用。

The results showed that before treatment, patients with CAHB TL-CFU, mlL-2R, T4 were significantly lower than normal, P values were less than 0.01. After FLCS treatment, the above three indicators were significantly higher than before treatment, compared with the control group was significantly improved. Tip FLCS on its cellular immune have a certain role in promoting.
