根据黑色金属选矿研究设计院等单位的研究结果,对苏联铁矿基地——克里沃罗格矿区的氧化石英岩矿石制定了选矿工艺流程。氧化石英岩矿的主要选矿过程是浮选、重选和强磁选以及焙烧磁选。克里沃罗格中央采选公司,从1962年起,采用焙烧磁选处理含铁32~34%的氧化石英岩。1969年该公司的年生产力为900万吨。磁化焙烧采用规格3.6×50米的管式转炉;每座炉的日处理能力为1,000吨。根据设计要求,需装设30座管式炉。
According to the results of research conducted by the Black Metal Research Institute of Mineral Processing and other institutes, the ore beneficiation process is set up for the oxidized quartzite ore in the Kerry Voronog mine in the Soviet iron ore base. The main beneficiation process of oxidized quartzite ore is flotation, re-election and strong magnetic separation and roasting magnetic separation. From 1962 onwards, the Kerry Vorogula Central Mining and Processing Company has adopted roasting and magnetic separation to treat 32-34% of the oxidized quartzite rock. In 1969 the company’s annual productivity was 9 million tons. Magnetization roasting uses a tubular converter of size 3.6 × 50 meters; each furnace has a daily handling capacity of 1,000 tons.
